Hi, my name is Jodee Lauffer and I am your community manager at Blanco River Lodge. I am a true Texas girl born and raised in New Braunfels. I recently got married and enjoy spending quality time with my "Yankee" husband (he's from Pittsburgh PA) and introducing him to all the wonderful things Texas has to offer, not including football. He is a die-hard Steelers fan and has converted me over. I love to spend my free time at the family ranch enjoying nature or shopping. I am a voracious reader and love to start, but never finish craft projects. I have been in the apartment industry for 6 years and truly love serving my residents. My office is always open and I enjoy getting to know each person that becomes a part of our community!

Hello, my name is Gilbert Rodriguez and I am your Lead Maintenance Technician at Blanco River Lodge.  I am a San Marcos resident and really like this town and its people.  I like sports of all kinds and enjoy outside activities like running and doing projects at home.  I am always active in something. Sometimes my beautiful wife, son, and two daughters have to remind me to take a break.  I also really enjoy helping people so being in the maintenance field allows me to enjoy my job.  I have been in the apartment maintenance industry for 9 years and take pride in serving my residents with utmost respect and professionalism.  I look forward to meeting your needs at our community.

Hello, my name is David Martinez I am the assistant maintenance technician here at Blanco River Lodge. I was raised in the small town of Luling, Texas, about 30 miles east of San Marcos. Consider that it has the best BBQ in Texas (CityMarket). I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and love watching sports. I also have a wonderful family which God has blessed me with, my beautiful wife and my two wonderful children. I have been in the industry for about 2 years and am looking forward in serving our community here at Blanco River Lodge.
